About HAWK Window Cleaning Service

We use Traditional methods and Water Fed Poles to ensure that your windows are cleaned to perfection.  Taking the time to dust the cobwebs, clean the screen tracks as well as wipe down the window frame is part of the service.  Window Screens can be overlooked, I would recommend having them done at least once a year. Our process involves inspecting your windows, removing any debris or dirt, and cleaning them with eco-friendly solutions. 

1. We ask that you have the windows accessible.  If you need help, we can do so, just ask when getting your estimate.
2. Removal of the screen (Be aware that a screen may need to be removed from the inside of the home if necessary)
3. Wiping the screen down (If being cleaned then put to the side)
4. Dusting of the Outside Frame & Screen Track
5. Cleaning and Detailing of the Glass
6. Wiping down the Frame
7. Reinstalling the screen

1. Window screens can be very brittle and may need replacing, if we determine that we can't clean the screens then they will be wiped down only.  The plastic tabs may fall off during removal or cleaning, we will let you know if we have any issues.  If screens have been improperly inserted, then we will determine if able to remove.
2. Windows on the "Sunny Side" may get tint wear faster or the seals go out sooner allowing moisture in.  This means there may be stains we can't get and will let you know immediately.  Sometimes scratches, metal shrapnel and cracks can be found which we can't fix but will let you know when found.  
3. Hard Water Stains are a buildup of calcium and minerals on the glass, typically from sprinklers spraying the windows.  When we clean the glass, we will be able to determine if a Hard Water Stain Removal Service is necessary.
