Window screens can be very brittle and may need replacing, if we determine that we can't clean the screens then they will be wiped down only. The plastic tabs may fall off during removal or cleaning, we will let you know if we have any issues. If screens have been improperly inserted, then we will determine if able to remove.
Windows on the "Sunny Side" may get tint wear faster or the seals go out sooner allowing moisture in. This means there may be stains we can't get and will let you know immediately. Sometimes scratches, metal shrapnel and cracks can be found which we can't fix but will let you know when found.
Hard Water Stains are a buildup of calcium and minerals on the glass, typically from sprinklers spraying the windows. When we clean the glass, we will be able to determine if a Hard Water Stain Removal Service is necessary.
